The Brief – 360 Virtual Tour and Google Street View

Patch & Purr has a unique service, which is pet cremation services. Bringing light to such a service requires a respectful touch. We needed to bring the warmth, love and care to Patch & Purr that clients can feel when they visit their locations. A virtual tour that highlights their services alongside how to location looks and feels was a top priority. A Google Maps Street View Tour was also created to help people find the location on Google Maps. This is to help minimise stress during this time for their clients. The tour is also VR headset compatible, so people can see and experience Patch & Purr firsthand as though they are already on their premises.

What We Loved About This Project

Many of the staff at Simply 360 have pets ranging from cats, dogs, fish, rabbits and so on. While onsite, we saw the process of how their pet cremation services work and operate. They go out of their way to make their clients as comfortable as possible after the loss of their pet. It was a learning experience as the team had not heard of such a service before for pets. It is nice to know there are options for pet owners when their pet passes.
