The Brief – 360 Virtual Tour and Google Street View

Pink Caviar Events are a corporate event planner and stylist located in Sydney Australia. They came to us with a vision to showcase their events in a high resolution 360 virtual tour. Often you will see photos and/or videos of an event; however, this does not capture the feel and scale of the event. With the ability to place anyone in the event its as though they were there in person firsthand.

They also wanted to showcase some of their works as well as have Google Street View for their Consultation Studio in the Sydney Hills District.

What We Loved About This Project

This project was unique as we had to capture the look and feel of the event with a limited time frame. From the time an event is set up to opening the doors to the event, guests can range from 15 minutes to a couple of hours. Meanwhile, the venue staff are busy setting up their elements for the event. Additionally, many events are in the evening, and there is very little/low lighting available. Fortunately, low-light 360 photography is one of our specialities to create a stunning result.

All of these elements created challenges on-site, but we are delighted with the end result. Additionally, it was necessary for this virtual tour to be VR headset compatible so that potential clients and venues can experience their work firsthand.
