The Brief – Virtual Tour and Google Maps Tour
The marketing team at KOPWA wanted to expand their digital footprint for the retirement home in Sydney’s Upper North Shore. When they contacted us, they told us that they wanted an easy to use tour for people of all ages, all compliant with their branding and style guidelines. The primary focus for this virtual tour is the facilities of the facility what they have to offer.
In addition, the team decided to also add the virtual tour to their Google Maps profile to increase their maps presence. This will show some parts of the retirement home but also help find the location for people who have never been there before.
What We Loved About This Project
While the shoot was taking place, the entire team got involved in the process, from the residences, marketing team, admin staff, and onsite carers. If something needed to be moved, then like a well-oiled team, it was taken care of quickly. Everyone wanted to ensure the photos for the virtual tour turned out fantastic.
The staff at KOPWA also got involved and had a bit of fun creating some fun and exciting 360 social media content. After the photoshoot was completed, the Simply 360 and KOPWA team took some fun photos. It is always fun creating social media content with the onsite staff and seeing what creative and different ideas they think of.
Fun Fact: KOPWA is expanding with construction all the way around. Working with the team, we photographed to minimise the impact of their construction operation. It will be very exciting to see how everything will turn out.
About The Client
Archbold House was established in 1957 to provide affordable, high-quality care to the local elderly community. The team have worked hard in preserving this mission. Today, KOPWA continues to be a boutique, not-for-profit community-based organisation, offering exceptional services to the elderly in the Ku-ring-gai community and beyond.
Their accredited residential facility is located in the leafy suburb of Roseville, close to the train station and local shops.Both the living environment and its surroundings are designed like a cottage with manicured gardens. The KOPWA staff are passionate about providing individualised care to each resident.
With plans to expand their facilities onto an adjoining site with modern, new facilities and equipment, they are cementing a strong future. KOPWA is a caring and cohesive team. Their staff and management are committed to providing excellent care to residents, clients and family members while delivering a sustainable operational outcome.
