The Brief – Virtual Tour

First National Real Estate Avenue Pymble contacted us as they had recently remodelled and updated their office. They wanted to show off their updated office in Google Maps and to be found easier at the same time when people are looking online.

What We Loved About This Project

As First National Real Estate Avenue Pymble is located on the busy Pacific Highway, we worked with the owner to come in when the road was quiet during the day. This happneed to be 8AM. Fortunately for the team, we went through every green light and arrived much earlier. We photographed all the outside shots with minimal to no cars driving through (this includes people walking up and down the busy road as well. From 9 am onwards, it can seem like there is nothing but cars.

This was done so that people could find First National Avenue quickly and easily if they were searching on Google Maps and not have to try and find it in a sea of cars, buses and people.

Once inside, we were able to photograph this space quite quickly as the roads were still relatively quiet, so we had to time everything carefully. While we were inside, we still had to make sure there were eno people or cars in the shot.

Fun Fact: They have a big flat-screen TV in their meeting space. We had it turned on for that beautiful white backdrop glow effect, but it was the news that was on the screen. So we replaced what was on the TV screen (and any reflections) to showcase their logo.
