The Brief
The teams at ARB Penrith and ARB Thornleigh wanted to refresh their Google Maps virtual tours to showcase their newly renovated stores and give customers a realistic preview of the updated look and layout. Both stores underwent significant upgrades and wanted their online presence to reflect that transformation, allowing potential visitors to see what had changed before arriving.
The Penrith shoot was completed first, capturing the showroom’s new fit-out and product displays. A few months later, the Thornleigh team finalised their renovation, and we returned to produce a matching Google Maps virtual tour for that location. Coordinating across both stores helped ensure the tours felt consistent in presentation and quality. Each shoot took place early on a Saturday morning before opening hours to make sure the stores looked their best, free of foot traffic and daily business activity.
We captured detailed interior 360° panoramas as well as external angles from the driveway and car park approaches. These exterior perspectives help customers easily identify the right entrances while browsing on Google Maps. Together, the refreshed tours offer a professional, up-to-date view that aligns with ARB’s retail standards and enhances their visibility to both existing and new customers searching online.

What We Loved About This Project
Working with both store teams provided an excellent opportunity to showcase ARB’s new retail environments in their best light. The timing of each shoot meant we were able to highlight the clean lines, organised layouts, and updated branding introduced during the renovations. Capturing both locations under similar lighting conditions ensured visual consistency and created a unified look across the brand’s Sydney presence.
We especially appreciated the chance to feature the exterior approaches at each store—something that not only makes the Google Maps tours more practical for visitors but also helps people visually connect to the familiar experience of pulling into an ARB driveway. Each finished tour now delivers a smooth, navigable experience that mirrors the in-store feel and proudly represents ARB’s commitment to quality and presentation.
