The Brief – Google Street View
Elements Bar and Grill already have a strong online presence and wanted to increase their digital reach/ranking on Google Maps. By creating a Google Street View Tour of their Haberfield location, they can achieve this. Not only did we want to capture the location to add to Google Maps, but also the ambience and feel.
After meeting with the marketing team, we understood what to focus on in their location. For example, as you enter Elements Bar and Grill Haberfield, you can see their fridges showcasing the quality of the meat they serve, and they wanted that to be a focal point in the Google tour.
What We Loved About This Project
Working with the Elements Bar and Grill team was a smooth experience from start to finish. They were very involved in the project and ensured everything was perfect for the photo shoot. When our team arrived, they reviewed every detail to ensure their restaurant looked its best for the shoot. The team also got involved for a fun social shot!
Fun Fact: We love a unique challenge; in this case, it was the fridge at the entrance to the establishment we mentioned earlier. While it was a beautiful and clear Australian Summer day, photographing the glass door fridges without light reflecting everywhere made it hard to photograph and see what was inside them. The Elements Bar and Grill team went outside and covered their front glass doors to block the reflection so the photo could be taken perfectly.
We took multiple photos of that spot in the tour, one focusing on the fridge while the windows were covered and the others on the street outside when they were not. These were edited and merged to provide a seamless image with a perfect seamless 360 image.
